Hello and welcome to the TriNVC webpage. We are a group of people in the Triangle area of North Carolina who have discovered the work of Marshall Rosenberg called Nonviolent Communication (NVC), have made it part of our lives and want to introduce it to others.
Why are we so keen on living and sharing it? Because for us, it provides hope along with practical skills for bringing more compassion, understanding, and connection among people on this planet, personally and globally, which we believe will lead to greater peace and well-being for all of us.
